What This Means for You:
No Impact on Outgoing Messages: All outgoing messages from our platform will be sent as usual, without any delay or disruption.
Potential Impact on Optus Customers: If you are trying to reach customers on the Optus network, they may not receive your messages until the outage is resolved. At this time, we recommend attempting an alternate form of contact if possible.
Service Continuity: Rest assured, all features and services provided by our platform will continue to function as expected.
Banking: Our primary interfaces for mobile terminals to MPay, Till & Tyro are all online and utilise Telstra SIMs. If you are using PC-EFTPOS directly with your bank, we cannot report on the status of these services.
Electronic Invoices & Ordering: Interfaces with suppliers for e-invoicing, ordering, and availability appear online and operational. This is dependent on each electronic partner's network of choice. We recommend attempting to call if you are missing any data.
BI Reporting: Phocas and Marlin IQ are online and operational. Hosting: Megabus Hosting Services are online and operational.
