Module Implementation: Our team will integrate the SMS system with your current operations.


Configuration: The system will be customised to fit your workshop's specific requirements within a 1-hour engagement; if further changes are requested, you will be provided with a scope estimate for those customisations.


Training: Training will be provided for one user on how to use the new SMS system effectively within the Marlin application.


Free Text Messages:

The 1000 free text messages can be utilised across the Marlin suite of products.


The text messages are intended for standard SMS use only and do not include multimedia messaging.


Digital Work Order and Invoice Functionality:

The digital work order and invoice feature is available exclusively within Marlin GTX software.


Digital signatures obtained will be stored within Marlin GTX as attachments to work orders.


General Terms:

The free text messages are loaded as a credit to your account and do not have an expiry date.

Activation Fee and Services Included:

A one-time activation fee of $50 ex GST is required to access this offer.


Subscription Fee Waiver:

Eligible customers will receive Shieldcare Plus Backup services free of charge for the first three calendar months from the date of activation.


Services Included:

Continuous hourly incremental cloud backups.
Protection and recovery support in case of data loss due to disasters or cyber threats.


Customer Obligations:

Customers must ensure their systems are compatible with Shieldcare Plus Backup requirements.
Customers are responsible for any necessary adjustments to their systems to support the backup service.


Post-Trial Period:

After the first three months, standard subscription rates for Shieldcare Plus Backup services will apply.

Terms and Conditions for Black Friday Training and Consulting Hours Offer
 

Offer Availability:

This offer is available to both new and existing Megabus customers.
 

Purchase Offer:

For every block of four (4) hours of Training and Consulting services purchased, the customer will only be billed for three (3) hours, receiving one (1) hour at no additional cost.
 

Applicable Services:

The hours purchased can be used for:
Training: Interactive sessions on-site or remotely.
Module Configuration: Implementation of software modules to meet business-specific requirements.
Implementation: Assistance with the integration and deployment of software solutions.
Software Development: Development of custom software solutions, subject to a minimum purchase of fifty (50) hours.

 

Software Development Purchase Conditions:

For software development services, a minimum of fifty (50) hours must be pre-purchased.
Customers have the option to buy a maximum of two hundred (200) hours under this offer.

The hours will be billed at a rate of 75% of the total value purchased.


The purchased hours for software development are valid for use for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
 

Expiry of Hours:

All pre-purchased hours must be utilised within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Any hours not used within this period will expire and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred.

 

Payment:

Payment for the purchased hours must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Once purchased, hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, any unused hours will be forfeited.
